Description
★The main transmission adopts high-precision gear transmission, and the ring die adopts a quick release clamp type, which increases the output by about 20% compared to belt transmission.
★The transmission part of the whole machine uses high-quality bearings and oil seals from Switzerland and Japan to ensure efficient, stable, and low-noise transmission.
★The feeding adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can effectively prevent uneven feeding caused by unstable voltage.
★All stainless steel extended and thickened strong quenching and tempering device, equipped with a large opening door for cleaning, and the steam inlet method has been changed from traditional radial inlet to axial inlet.
★The internationally advanced compensating snake shaped spring coupling has a novel, compact, safe, low-noise, and low fault performance.★High performance permanent magnet iron suction device.
